The watchlist items can be serialized in two ways:

When the item has a valid variant, the serializer will return the variant's data.
When the item has only an unavailable_gtin or is linked to a hidden variant,
the serializer will return the unavailable_gtin as gtin,
the name will be 'Product name unavailable' and the rest of the fields will be
null or [].
